This policy explains how Fable Therapy ("we," "us," or "our") handles the personal information you send us when you use this website or contact the practice.

Information We Collect

We collect what you send us, such as your name, email address, phone number and the message in the contact form, or what you tell us by phone or email. Please don't include medical details in a message: this site's form is not the place for them. Intake forms live on the practice's own secure portal.

How We Use Your Information

We use what you send to reply to you, to schedule a first session and to send appointment reminders. We never sell, rent or share your personal information with third parties for marketing.

Confidentiality

As a licensed marriage and family therapist, I keep your records private and share them only as the law allows. What is said in a session is protected by confidentiality law and will not be disclosed without your written consent, except as required by law, for example a serious risk of harm to you or someone else, or suspected abuse of a child or older adult. In couples work, I explain at the start how I handle one-to-one conversations.

Website analytics

This site does not use analytics tools, advertising pixels or session recording, and it does not embed an outside scheduler. Booking links, where there are any, lead to the practice's own system.

Cookies

This site does not use cookies for tracking or advertising. Your browser may keep basic cookies the site needs to work, and you can control them in your browser settings.

Data Security

We take reasonable technical and organizational steps to protect your information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure or destruction. Email and web forms are not a secure channel, which is why we ask you to keep medical details out of them.

You may ask to see, correct or delete the information you have sent us through this site. To do so, contact us at hello@fabletherapy.com.
